Selling an RV in this market can be very challenging. The more you know about how to sell, the more likely you are to sell it.
1) Start today! Motohome drop in value continually. The sooner you list it the better. Don't be to surprised if it takes 1-2 months to sell. The peak month for RV sales are between March and July. Their is also a surge in the beggining of September.
2) Tell everyone you know you are selling. Often one of your friends or nieghbors may be the one that end up buying your coach.
3) Put a for sell sign on your motorhome and park it on a busy corner or even a park and sell.
4) List it in an RV newspaper that has a lot of other RVs. Try and make yours sound as unique as possible.
5) Use free online classifieds like craig's list and Kijiji. Try to make it sound like you are under a strick time frame to sell it.
6) If you havn't gotten any calls in a while, replace the price with 'make offer' and you will start getting some phone calls.
7) Try to schedule as many showings as possible. The more showing you have, the higher offer you will get.
8) Don't give up. You will sell that RV soon!
